Library FAQs

There are three ways you can print at HPU:

1. You can use Web Print through PaperCut to print from any computer, including your own device. Please see HPU's IT instructions for how to use PaperCut. 
2. You can use Email-to-Print. Please HPU's ITS instructions for how to use Email-to-Print. 
3. If you are in one of the three library locations, you can print directly from the PCs / VDIs. (Please note that you cannot print directly from the iMac computers.)

When you are prompted to select which printer to print to, please select from the following list, depending on which location you are at. Note that you may choose whether to print in black and white (BW) or in color, and single-sided or double-sided by choosing the printer names with the corresponding terms.

The cost for printing will be automatically deducted from your PaperCut Printing account.
