How do I update a link to "Chat with a Librarian" in Blackboard?

The library moved to a new chat platform in March 2020. Newly created Blackboard courses will include the correct link. To update the chat button in an existing course, follow the directions below to include the new link. The URL for the new chat service is https://tinyurl.com/rtvusb
